•Standard shipping could take 3-5 business days. Package shipped means that your shipping label has been created and your package has been sent out to the post office. TruuMelanin has no control over when the post office ships orders out.
•NO REFUNDS. If you change your mind about a product that you purchased, you may exchange it for another product of equal value as long as you send and email requesting the exchange before your order is packaged and the shipping label has been printed. An exchange for an in person purchase will only be excepted as long as the product is unopened and unused. TruuMelanin is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost after it has been shipped or received by the customer.
